Sex Education Workshops and RSHE Support for Schools

2020 Dreams provides engaging, age appropriate sex education workshops for primary schools, secondary schools, sixth forms, colleges, universities, PRUs and alternative provision throughout the UK. Our sessions help children and young people develop the knowledge, language and practical skills needed to understand relationships, personal boundaries, sexual health, safety and responsible decision making.

Our relationship and sex education workshops support statutory RSHE delivery and the updated expectations taking effect from September 2026. Content can be matched to your curriculum, safeguarding priorities, year group and the needs of your pupils. Sessions are carefully adapted for age, maturity and setting. Primary provision can focus on friendships, body autonomy, puberty education and staying safe. Secondary and post 16 provision can explore sexual health, contraception awareness, STI prevention, consent, exploitation, pornography, sexting and relationship abuse in greater depth.

Young people now receive a constant stream of information about sex, gender and relationships through social media, online influencers, pornography and their peers. Much of it is misleading, harmful or presented without context. Our workshops provide accurate information and a structured opportunity to question myths, consider consequences and practise safer responses to pressure, coercion and difficult situations.

Rather than relying on a passive presentation, our facilitators use guided discussion, realistic scenarios, activities and appropriate role play to encourage participation. This practical approach helps pupils apply what they learn to real situations involving consent and boundaries, communication, sexual pressure, coercion and seeking support. Schools requiring a more focused intervention can book our dedicated Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence Workshop or Teenage Relationship Abuse Workshop.

Effective sex education must also address the attitudes and online influences that shape behaviour. Schools can combine their RSHE provision with our specialist Misogyny Workshops, Toxic Masculinity Workshops and Manosphere Workshops. These sessions help pupils examine sexism, harmful gender stereotypes, influencer culture, incel narratives, online radicalisation and the effect these messages can have on respect, equality, consent and relationships.

The revised RSHE landscape also places greater importance on preventing gender based harm. Our VAWG Workshops for schools and colleges explore violence against women and girls, sexual harassment, coercive control, victim blaming, online abuse and positive bystander action. This work connects directly with consent education, healthy relationships and the prevention of misogyny, helping schools build a consistent safeguarding message across year groups.

Our wider programme includes Healthy Relationships Workshops, Sexting and Online Privacy Workshops, Pornography Education Workshops and Child Sexual Exploitation Workshops. Schools can book one focused session or create a connected programme across several year groups, reinforcing consistent messages as pupils progress through the curriculum.

Build a Connected RSHE Programme

A joined up programme helps pupils revisit key ideas with greater depth as they mature. For example, puberty and healthy friendships in upper primary can progress into consent, sexual health and online privacy at secondary level, followed by work on healthy relationships, VAWG, misogyny and harmful online communities for older pupils. This planned progression supports retention, strengthens safeguarding and avoids treating complex issues as isolated lessons.

Every session is delivered in a balanced and non judgemental way. The aim is not to make assumptions about pupils or encourage personal disclosure. It is to equip young people to recognise healthy and unhealthy behaviour, communicate boundaries, respect the choices of others, challenge harmful attitudes and identify trusted sources of help. Content can also be adapted for SEND learners and young people in vulnerable or specialist settings.

Workshops can be delivered as individual lessons, extended sessions, assemblies, full day programmes, staff training or parent sessions. All pupil sessions are fully risk assessed and delivered by experienced facilitators with enhanced DBS clearance.

What Our Relationship and Sex Education Workshops Cover

Our RSHE and sex education workshops give schools flexible specialist support for sensitive subjects that can be difficult to cover through classroom resources alone.
